IMPORTANT: CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
We make each order according to the measurements confirmation from the customer. Therefore, we DO NOT provide returns or exchanges.
Please confirm your measurements carefully before placing the order.
ALTERATIONS
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we are happy to alter the dress if needed.
Alteration Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Ship the product back to us
- Alteration will take 7 working days
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs (both ways)

REFUND
We offer refunds only if the garments are defective or damaged upon receipt.
For refund against defective or damaged products, the same will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 days of receipt of product.
To report defective/damaged products:

CANCELLATION
We don’t offer any cancellations. If you cancel the order and the order has been shipped out from the warehouse, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping fee incurred for the same.
MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Since all our products are custom-made to your measurements:
- Double-check all measurements before submitting your order
- Refer to our measurement guide for accurate measuring
- We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- We recommend professional measurement assistance if unsure
